Karaj, Dec 6, IRNA – The international Karate Competitions started in Alborz, west of Tehran, on Thursday.

 'Athletes from Iran, India Armenia, Russia, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, and Georgia are participating in the contests,' said the head of Karate board in the province.

Saying that all styles of karate can participate in the competitions, he added that the event will be held in men's and women's parts on December 6 and 7.
