Tehran, Nov 2, IRNA – Iranian national weight lifting team, including eight athletes, left Tehran for Ashgabat on Friday to attend the 2018 World Weightlifting Championships.

 Iranian squad consists of Hossein Soltani (73kg), Aref Khaki (89kg), Sohrab Moradi and Amir Hoghoughi (96kg), Ali Hashemi and Reza Biralvan (102kg), Mohammadreza Barari (109kg) and Ali Davoudi (+109). 

The 2018 World Weightlifting Championships will be underway with the attendance of 88 countries until November 10.
